Shipping & Returns
- We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your YaaRah Outfits and accessories and your satisfaction is very important to us!
- Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
- All we ask is that you drop us an email to yaarahbaybeecouture@gmail.com along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges for damaged pieces if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
- Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our outfits! So please reach out if you’re needing assistance.
- YaaRah BayBee Couture does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
